Key Headlines
Lando Norris takes the Hungarian Grand Prix in a nail-biting final-lap battle with teammate Oscar Piastri as McLaren scored another one two.
Piastri remains in the championship lead, Norris closes the gap to 8-9 points before the mid-season break.
The McLaren team principal, Andrea Stella, made a commendation on the fast-paced development of the team and stated that it might outshine the Ferrari/Schumacher era of dominance; McLaren has already won 10 of the 13 races this year.
At Ferrari meanwhile Lewis Hamilton has made his form a public issue with him qualifying in 12th place at Hungary and referring to himself as being absolutely useless, with Leclerc giving many a shock when he gave Ferrari its first pole of the season.
What's Next?
The Formula 1 is now taking a mid-season break, and the next race will be at Grand Prix of Netherlands on August 31.
There is no doubt that the championship is a two-horse race between Piastri and Norris with Verstappen, Russell, and others, not far behind, so the remaining 10 races of the season will be very dramatic.
