New Trailer: Aztec Batman: Clash of Empires

An official full trailer was revealed at San Diego Comic-Con on July 25, 2025, during the Warner Bros. Home Entertainment presentation.

This movie is a reinvention of Batman in 16th-century Mesoamerica, when a young Aztec boy named Yohualli Coatl becomes a warrior bat-god character following the death of his father at the hands of Spanish conquistadors.

What the Trailer Shows:

Jaguar Woman can be viewed as the Aztec version of Catwoman.

Forest Ivy and reinterpretations of both Two-Face and the Joker are placed in culturally stimulating roles in this historical setting.

The villains are Hernan Cortes, who turns into Two-Face after a spectacular fight disfigures him.

Cast & Production:

In English dubs, Jay Hernandez and Raymond Cruz dub the protagonists; Spanish ones are dubbed by Horacio Garcia Rojas, Omar Chaparro and Alvaro Morte.

It is directed by Juan Meza‑León and produced by Warner Bros. Animation with Ánima (Mexico) and written by Ernie Altbacker and Alfredo Mendoza.

Release information:

The film will be premiered in American theaters and streaming on September 1819, 2025, and 4k, Blu-ray, and DVD on September 23.
